CSV import and the HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce importers: limits, field mapping and re-runs.

HubSpot

Create a private app in HubSpot with read scopes for contacts, companies, deals, owners and engagements, then paste its token under Settings → Import → HubSpot. Original create dates and owners are kept; owners are matched by email.

Pipedrive

Paste your personal API token (Pipedrive → Personal preferences → API). Custom fields are mapped automatically where field types match; you confirm the rest.

Re-running an import

Every import saves its mapping. Re-running it only brings records created or changed since the last run, which is how a final cut-over import stays short.

Undo

Each import can be rolled back for 7 days from Settings → Import → History.
