Terms of Service
Effective August 23, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Pellwood, provided by Pellwood, with its principal office at 22 Cortlandt Street, Floor 16, New York, NY 10007 (“Pellwood”, “we”). By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
1. The service
Pellwood is a hosted customer relationship management service. Your workspace’s admins decide who has access and what data goes in. You are responsible for your users’ compliance with these terms and our acceptable use rules.
2. Free trial
Each new organization may start one 14-day free trial. No payment details are required. At the end of the trial the workspace pauses unless billing details are added; data from paused trials is deleted after 30 days.
3. Subscriptions, seats and billing
Subscriptions are billed per seat in advance, monthly or annually, at the prices on our pricing page when you subscribe. Seats added during a term are prorated to the end of that term. Annual subscriptions renew automatically for another year at our then-current list price unless either party gives notice before the renewal date; you may reduce seats at renewal. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the month. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled for a full refund within 30 days of the first annual charge; otherwise fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices exclude taxes, which we add where required.
4. Your data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You can export your data at any time and for 30 days after your subscription ends.
5. Availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability on all plans. Scale subscriptions include a service level agreement with service credits.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, each party’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Courts in New York County have exclusive jurisdiction.
