How long is the free trial?
14 days on any plan, with no card. On day 14 you add billing details to keep going; otherwise the workspace pauses and your data is kept for 30 days.
Can I use Pellwood on my own?
Yes. Starter works for a single seat. Growth needs at least 2 seats and Scale at least 5.
How do I import from HubSpot or Pipedrive?
Settings → Import → choose HubSpot or Pipedrive and paste an API token. See the import guide in our docs.
Do you charge onboarding fees?
No. Annual plans with 10 or more seats also get a guided migration at no cost.
How are seats counted?
A seat is any active user who can sign in and edit. Read-only viewers are free on Growth and Scale, up to three times your paid seats.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
You can move from monthly to annual at any time and we credit the unused part of your month. Annual to monthly takes effect at renewal.
What happens to my email if I leave?
Synced emails stay in your mailbox; they are copies in Pellwood. You can export everything as CSV or through the API at any time, including after cancelling, for 30 days.
Do you sell to companies outside the US?
Yes. We bill in US dollars, and EU data residency is available on Scale.
Is there phone support?
Phone support is included on Growth and Scale, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm Eastern.
Where do I find invoices?
Settings → Billing → Invoices. Invoices are also emailed to the billing contact.
