Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Pellwood handles personal data about visitors to pellwood.io, people who sign up, and users of our service. For data our customers put into Pellwood, we act as a processor under our DPA.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, company, role, team size.
• Billing data: billing contact and address. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages visited in the app, feature use, device and browser information, for support and product decisions.
• Website data: server logs kept for 30 days.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, to bill you, to answer support requests, and to send product and service emails. We send marketing emails only to people who opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

We share data only with the subprocessors that help us run the service, and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

pellwood.io uses strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie for signed-in users and a cookie that remembers your billing preference on the pricing page. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Residents of California, the EU, the UK and other jurisdictions have additional rights. Write to r+pellwood-privacy@haggl.ai; we answer within 30 days.
