What you will and won’t pay for
- No onboarding, implementation or setup fees on any plan.
- Free guided migration for annual plans with 10 or more seats. Smaller teams use our self-serve importers, which are free.
- Seats are billed per user who can sign in. Read-only viewers are free on Growth and Scale (up to 3 times your paid seats).
- Add seats any time; you pay a prorated amount for the rest of your billing period.
- Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans renew yearly; you can reduce seats at renewal.
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added in states that tax software subscriptions.

Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of the plan you choose with no card. On day 14 we ask you to add billing details; if you don’t, the workspace pauses and we keep your data for 30 days.
Can we mix plans?
No. A workspace is on one plan, and every paid seat in it is on that plan. Read-only viewer seats are free on Growth and Scale.
What happens when we add people mid-year?
New seats are prorated to your renewal date at your plan’s current price, so everyone renews on the same day.
Do you charge for migration?
No. Self-serve importers for HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and CSV are free on every plan. Annual plans with 10 or more seats also get a guided migration with an onboarding specialist. See the migration guide.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the month. Annual plans can be cancelled for a full refund within 30 days of the first annual charge. After that, they run to the end of the term. Details are in our Terms.
