What you’ll do
- Scale the sync pipeline (Go, Postgres, Kafka) and keep p95 sync latency under two minutes
- Design for correctness: idempotent processing, backfills, and privacy rules per mailbox
- Be on call one week in eight with a clear runbook and a sane paging policy
